Terms and Conditions of International Academia Icon Award
AWARD BASIS:
This award is given to International academic staff who have achieved excellence in the aspects of teaching and supervision, research and innovation, administration and management, contribution and recognition as well as social responsibility to the university, society and country for the purpose of the internationalization agenda.
APPLICANT CRITERIA:
Applicant must have served at least 6 months in UPSI. This application/nomination is open only to UPSI academics and non-Malaysian citizens. This award will not be given to any individual posthumously. If there is a winner who dies after the evaluation, then the portion of the award entitled to him will be given to his heirs.
*Winner of previous year from this category is not qualified for submission.
AWARD SELECTION CRITERIA:
- Contribution to University
– Academic (Example: Program Review Committee, Award Evaluation Panel, Research Proposal Evaluator, Final Year Project Coordinator, Final Year Project Rubric Review Panel)
-Non academic (Example: Welfare Committee, Members of the KIESTA Parade Contingent, Committee Bina Insan Guru, Assets and Inventory Committee) - Innovation in TnL
(Example: MOOC, Modul, Apps, Instrument, Teaching Aid, Teaching Model) - Research
